Will Wheel spacers do damage to my wheel bearings or anything? Ive heard some horror stories but I want the back of my stang to look baws.

I've run spacers on several cars including my current Mustang. I've never had any issues on any of them.

^ this. Ive run a 1'' spacer or so on my car for a few years. and now have a 1.5'' for the hell of it. Granted my car is not a DD. but it has been driven hard with those spacers on. possibly more than needed.

Have never had a problem. Should be good to go.

make sure they are hub-centric. it helps re-structure the weight back onto the bearing properly, opposed to simply allowing the wheel to sit further out using less lug nut stud (like the plate type do)

ran 1" for years without any problems. then i gave them to a buddy (on dave k's desk shifty), and he had problems with them rounding out the holes. i think he didn't tighten them enough.

HAHAHA! Why does this not surprise me.. might not have had enough redbulls or coffee before he went to put them on.

Some do ok, some have issues. Some tracks won't let you run them for safety concerns during certain events.
If you do them, I suggest aftermarket (stronger) studs.
