It blows on all the other settings but no longer on the lowest setting. Maybe the switch? A blower/fan somewhere in there? Anybody come across this in the past? Thx.
Air condition/vent not blowing on low setting?

It could be the blower motor resister itself, which I believe lives on the fan assembly in the passenger side footwell.

That's going to be your blower motor resistor. You should replace the resistor and fan assembly all at once, the reason being is the motor could have been what caused the resistor to fail.
