Well my volatage is always at O on the gauges and when i turn off my car it doesnt wanna turn on so im thinking its the alternator correct me if im wrong, what amount of amps should i get in my next alternator so it can run at normal volatage with my hids,and fan always on? is it best to rebuild it or just get a new one? :crying:

check that your battery hasnt crapped out. if its fine, then get your car started and check the voltage off the battery while its running, should read close to 14v with a good alternator, otherwise the most likely cause would be your alternator. yourl next alternator shouldnt matter, a stock replacement should be fine, go with a high output if ud like, but HID's use less voltage than halogens so it uses next to no power. if your on a budget rebuild otherwise i would just spring for a new one.
