alternator?

my stereo works great when my cars just in the accessory power, but when i start the engine i get this really bad buzz, now im wondering if its something to do with my alternator? or what else could it be i have pulleys on but i cant remember if it did this b4 or not, im running 2 alping amps and 2 12" mtx subs alpine rear 6x9s and kicker front 6x8s and this buzz is really pissing me off help please

regardless i think their're both fine, i had a problem with the neg awhile back but i put a new clamp from the wire to the bat and its fine now

Not quite sure how the grounds are on the sn-95's but foxes need to have grounds redone with better wire and more grounds added. Just a thought.

battery - frame, engine block -battery, engine block- frame, make sure the alternator is getting a good ground. wouldn't hurt to go from one of the bolt s that hold the alt to the frame or battery.

There is a small silver cylindrical object next to your distributor which is supposed to filter out the noise from the coil. Make sure that is still connected. It's not uncommon to have the wire fall out of it.
