Alternator.

Ok so i have a quick question, i have a 88 lx mustang that needs a alternator ( 2.3) and i have a 94 v6 mustang that isn't runing but has a alternator will the alternator of the v6 fit and be enough for the 88?

I only need the 88 to run for a month or so then its getting a 5.0.

i seriously doubt it will bolt up.
but it doesnt hurt to try.
i dont think they are the same
