Already tired of the washed out look of my amber corner bulbs. I have the smoked headlights with the clear lens (sadly they don't make the double smoked ones any more). In the housings I have those Silverstar corner bulbs that are chrome when off and amber when lit. I want a brighter more solid amber color so it won't be completely washed out compared to my HIDs. Will the normal non silver looking bulbs give me this look or will I need LED bulbs. Whcih LEDs are you guys runnign and from where? Jus tlooking for something cheap but bright. Also do th eLED bulbs fill the corner housing with light really well or jsut project it forward? Please help my OCD ass! lol.

What I mean is the inside of the housing is smoked but the lenas is normal clear with no tint on it. AM used to sell lights with both a smoked lens and housing that made them way darker and sexier. Of course visibility was not as good. Now nobody makes them anymore :(

i use "Stealth Bulbs" from Mr. Body Kit. com I dont suggest buying ANYTHING from them with the exception of these...

they are gray/silver in color, but light up gold. I love them. especially in my smoked housings. the bulb is completely hidden.

I bascially have those same bulbs but they are silver stars. They also are stealth. but that's not really my issue. I just want them brighter to match the HIDs. you car looks amazing but your corner lights look jsut like mine in the pic :( They bareley look lit in relation to the head lights.

I tried bulbs that had 36 of the 5050 SMD LEDs and they were not nearly bright enough for me, i mean you could barely see them at all if the sun was shining on them. Returned them and bought some CREE projector LED bulbs for them and they are hella bright and look awesome, I love them.

I just looked at the switch back bulbs from AM. Now that I understand the switch back bulbs, that's jsut not what I am looking for. I want the corners to still be amber jsut really bright lol. I like the old school look of crusing around just before dark with the parking lights and fog lights running. lol. Im dumb I guess :)
