If you’re not logged into instagram you can’t like/comment on posts. That’s how most contests are ran. When you like a post, it puts you in a list. He will most likely randomly select someone from it.

it is just a little different type of social media. But I find that since I only follow other car guys it 95% cars and then the occasional political pic.
