Dug this out of a “cave” or whatever it’s called under the driver side cowl vent cover.

that is a wedge that goes in the rear bumper cover
i believe
i have seen them before

it also may be a window wedge for the wind shield they run on the bottom of the windshield to keep it in place
about an inch long

Based on where I found it, I’ll bet it’s from the windshield??
