I'm looking at ordering a few odd and end parts for the new motor going into my car. I'm just looking to do bolt ons, and I was looking at the Brothers Performance Headers and Underdrive Pulley kits. Anybody have experience with their housebranded products? if so please share before i order tonight

They make good stuff and have good service.

Don't waste your money on an MSD box and DON'T buy a distributor.

The stock distributor is the best one out there.

don't waste your money on the under drives either, or if you do save the old ones so you can put them back on when you get tired of watching the voltage at stop lights...

ya i bought one on the cheap used, but my tuner told me to go with stock replacement because it usually works better lol. so i sold the msd box for a profit and replaced with a stock unit!

My old setup had underdrive pulleys on it, and I never had a issue with the voltage fluctuating or the cooling system like many do. As far as the msd stuff, whats so wrong with it that nobdy likes it? Only thing I got left to get is the 65mm throttle body that is being sold on here. He'll be gettn a pm soon.

I have seen plenty of UD pulleys eat up alternators.

As far as the MSD box, they are not what they used to be. Imo, MSD has gone down hill in quality - big time.

If you want a quality box, look at Mallory products.

I bought some stuff from them in the past and always had good service from them. Can't say anything about their products because I have never bought their stuff. Anybody been to their Florida shop? Is it worth the short detour to go there?
