A turbo like a MP70 would be pretty much ideal for what you're wanting and you can find them for cheap on eBay or Turbomustangs.com...check their classifieds. 450 would be a cake walk for it. I would consider 42lbs injectors though. You want to leave room to grow a bit...not push the limits of your current injectors.
