Also help's if the part is warm, just spray some of that junk on, let it dry a little, spray it off with water and repeat.

You guys dont live in cali....its hard for things to rust when its dry everyday....

Dude just hose it down, it'll rust just fine. Or since you're in CA go sit it next to the ocean for a day or two, that shit will rust in no time.

I think some kook couldnt afford to get his hood painted that rusted and started a trend. Im going to throw on my 55 mph spare and see if that catches on.

But thank you for not putting on the stang... do whatever you want in your room. GL with the rustin.

This thread sucks.

Just extra ammo for us old guys. Maybe he is going to rust off his quadruple rear sway bars, since they're useless pieces of shit anyway.

Apparently. You should bank on that now.

That 5 series rusted hood up there, just like any euro-wanna-be stupidity started with VWs. It's called Broke Status. Before that it used to be staggered wheels on FWD cars and tire stretching (fitting a 205 over a 9 inch wheel)

it seems as though most of these stupid trends are pioneered by VW owners. not saying they cant look nice sometimes, but just the overall idea of everything they come up with is just so stupid...

like tire stretching that ReplicaR mentioned. tires are the one thing i would never want to mess around with, especially when when you talk about stretching them. i totaled my last car because of a blown tire. most wheel sizes have "play" with the min/max tire sizes they can handle, but i wouldnt go exceeding those sizes in either direction.
