Ok guys got a 95 gt with the aode in it and a stock rear end... Looking at 4.10 gears a shift kit from steeda and a toruqe converter.
What kinda converter should i get and were from?? Are the 4.10s to big or should i go with 3.73
This will be a summer driver and i want to keep up with the 5 speeds but be able to launch real nice from a dig..
Any ideas on a good combo would be nice.. The only other parts that will be going on are intake, upper and lower manifold and exhaust..

with the aode the 4.10's are perfect im my opinion, you may have traction issues so drag radials will almost be required, for a launch at the track u could probly launch from around 3k rpm or so and not have traction issues so i wouldnt do anything higher then 2,500 stall, you may even want to go with something lower then 2,500, a good tire will help hold your car at the line so you dont have to use such a high stall.

i run 4.30's in my 94 with a aode...i think it works really good... i would never even considering using a 3.73 after having these ... the sticky tire and a mid 2500 stall should work well together whats stock like 1700??
