Are these 17'' or 18''

I have had this pic on my computer for a while and am thinking about getting some new wheels. Do these look like 17' or 18'' to you? To me they look like 17'' which is what I want. I just have never seen any 17'' FR500's that I really like on a car except these.

Thanks for helping me clarify guys. I think they look really good for only being 17". I think I have made a decision, 17x9/10.5 Silver FR500's with new H&R springs. Most people would choose 18" Chrome Saleens over any 17" wheel but Saleens are just not for me.

Yeah the 17's look fine...if you look in my avatar my car has 17's and the eibach pro-kit and I only have like 2-3 fingers clearance...so it looks great IMO..
