Keep in mind that all you are buying is a universal X section, you would still need a mid pipe on your car

I think you'll be better off just buying the whole one piece X, as you need to do some welding and custom fitting on this one, shop fees and piping aint cheap.

Plus you can do it yourself if you have the tools,Look for an used one on Craiglist or forums.

it should

well technically it will bolt up...however you'll have to heat part of the x pipe and beat it in so that it'll clear the transmission cross member. We just had to do this we put and 01 cobra motor in my friends 97 cobra.

I am pretty sure the 96-04 have the same Midpipes and Crossmembers as long as it isn't a 4v

Yeah.. I agree with just buying a used one or if new... That's already $40 and the exhaust shop around me here charges and arm and a leg to do anything.... So having them fab up something would probably be more expensive...

I picked up my used UPR catless x-pipe for $70 shipped... Just got to keep looking around for deals..

Check corral.net, as they usually have a ton of stuff for sale, and it's where I got mine from.

i say go with a used one in good shape or check the mac or pypes x pipe. other than that I would take 10 bucks and buy two sections of pipe from auto zone that have a 45* bend and cut and weld them. either way you'll still have to take it to a muffler shop or something to finish the exhaust and put it together. I dunno i would just buy the x pipe for our car and go that route. would be cheaper in the long run.
