Auto to 5 speed conversion

I have a 95 mustang gt but its an auto and i wanted to do a 5 speed conversion what all would i need to do this, of course i kno i need another tranny, but wat else do i need.

Lets see:

Clutch Cable
Clutch Assembly
Pedal Box
Shifter surround/noise isolator
Flywheel
Driveshaft with a yoke for a manual trans
Manual ECU(if you don't want those pesky CEL's)

I'm missing some obvious stuff I'm sure. I've done the swap a few years ago. If you may have q's just ask
