Well after months of waiting my badass turbo kit got here in the mail today, and it looks like UPS ran it over with a truck. All I ave looked at so far is the intercooler, and it has a couple of nice gouges on it. Hopefully when I open it up the pipes will be in good shape. Either way, I already have to deal with UPSs claims department for the intercooler. I hate this shit.

Yeah. If they don't cover the IC it isn't TRASHED, it just doesn't look as good as it should. I can run it with the other side to the front and it won't be noticeable. I just hope my hotside and coldside is OK, and that my blowoff valve and oil line kit didn't fall out of any of the holes. The turbo and the wastegate are already here safe so no worries there. My V-bands and silicone are still in transit from VSRacing, they should be fine. They are small and light. I would upload pics of the box that my kit is in but it said the upload limit for the site is reached. It's not pretty, and I can see a ceramic coated hot pipe through one side.

I'll definately post up wen it's done. I saw a really nice black '96-'97 Snake in Denton today. I wished I was in the GT instead of my Ranger. Also saw a Red '03 with a long flat wing and a custom plate, something like "BAD03SVT" or something. You know that guy?

It had the stock '94-'97 Wheels on it, so I'm pretty sure it wasn't yours. :thumb: That's the first thing I checked wondering if it was your car. The car was definately clean as hell though. Looked like he had just washed and waxed it.

Hahahaha, I'm just kidding. Congrats on the purchase. UPS can suck sometimes, they trashed one of our boxes the other day, definitely not a good deal.

I hope it all works out for you. :)

Oh piss off. :knuppel2: Seriously though, it worked out OK. There are a few nicks on the ceramic but that was bound to happen on install anyway. Mostly just the IC but I can just turn it around backwards if I Brian can't get UPS to replace it. I feel a lot better than I felt when I left for work last night.

I didn't show the stuff that I already had, but you know what a T-70 and a JGS 44 look like.

Hahahaha. I'm glad it worked out, that box does look pretty rough though, yikes.

We shipped an aluminum RDI block out one time, and UPS somehow managed to drop it bad enough to dent the block, crack it, and break off a piece of an oil return fitting. How they did that, I'll never know. That block survived 2,000 hp for like 3 seasons, and then cracks and breaks getting shipped. who knows.

Nestromo- Were you still going to have those Tri-bars widened in the rear? I think that would look so cool.

Did you hear about the last '67 Vette? The block was getting shipped across the US and suffered a similar fate. :wall: I couldn't help but laugh knowing how bad those rich old bastards were sweating that.

Looks good man! How long before you get it put on?

A few months, maybe more. I still have supporting mods to buy. It all depends on how much overtime I can get in the next couple of months.
