Back from the body shop!

Well, got something done I've been wanting to do! It's raining, but I'll post more pics of it when it is nice out. The orig owner gt involved in a fender bender back in '98, and the painter who painted it and replaced the door skin did a hideous job. I got it done right ($3k) right and they did a fabulous job refinishing the passenger side and hood . Oh, and awesome color match as laser red is a 3 stage paint and extremely hard to match. But, as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for!

Also is a pic of my MINT interior, so happy with the cloth seats instead of the leather that cracks easily! Enjoy! I'm going to take a powerball and finish the wheels next.

Got my Lincoln and Tahoe all cleaned up as well!

I know it! This KY weather has been so random this year! The Lincoln is not your traditional Lincoln, but I LOVE the direction they are turning with the new ones.

Just to clarify - laser red is only 3 stage by Ford, it can be sprayed as a 2 stage and come out identical. It was just a money gimmick back when they did it so the dealer salesman could say "Aaaaand this bad boy has 3 stage paint that is hard to match. Yessiree Bob, it's just that special." It's just as easy/hard to match/spray as any other metallic red, trust me.

Anyways, can't wait to check out the pics when you get some nicer weather. New paint is always such a nice feeling.

Thanks Tony! I have really noticed that clean/mint SN95 interiors are hard to come by! You should see the carpet- not one mark and looks good as new! Just ordered those mats from AM, and they really dress it up!
