my battery light will come on and like jittery flash when i'm above like 4500rpms, sometimes when it's cold outside and i get on it and shift into 2nd I can hear the belt squeal for like 1/2 second. I've checked and rechecked multiple times the belt and the tension on it, everything is fine, the belt is practically brand new.

Have you checked all your battery connections?

It could possibly be your alternator as well.

+1 on alternator

When mine died the battery light would come when the alternator wasn't putting out enough juice.

but it's only when I'm above like 4500 rpms. The alternator is fine, i've checked it, the battery connections are fine, i've checked them,

I think that maybe the belt might be too loose or something, or the tensioner might be going bad.

That doesn't matter. When your at those rpms, that's when you car needs some juice. IF it is your alternator, you'll start to notice it happening more and more.

well i ran like 5 tests on my car for the charging system. battery is good and belt is fine, it turns out that my alternator is working great until it hits 4000rpms then the amperage it's putting off falls to 0. Sometimes my belt squeals. idk how to fix that, so I'm thinking about buying a new alternator along with a new belt to see if it stops my squealing problem and the amps.
