its seems like your pics have alot of noise in them because you can see pixels. Try using the reduce noise filter and see what happens

That might help as a bandaid but the real problem is that the grainiest photos are the HDR ones. If you are going for an HDR you need to be shooting in the lowest ISO possible (80 or 100 whatever the lowest is). I like them though, especially the second one.

That's not the sun, that's the lens flare filter in Photoshop. You probably knew that though...
