It all depends on your direction. Smoked always looks great. But clear cobra's look great too.
ya got any pics of your car now? Wheels, are your tails smoked too?

I saw that thread but I'm still undecided. And at the moment I can't post pics of my car since I'm on vacation and am using my iPhone. But my tails are not smoked, and I have black cobra r's.

Those look sick! How's the visibility with them though? Do you have hids?

I think either smoked or clear cobras look good. Ive got smoked ones from AM on mine with HID's and I can see fine.

Visibility is fine, and no I don't have hids just the bulbs that came with the headlights. I would recommend them, pretty cheap, look great and do their job. Although with some hids they would be awesome.

Yeah those look sick, I think after some money loosens up I'll buy them. I'm just considering my options right now since my oem headlights look like I put yellow vinyl over them.

I'd say if you have polished or chrome wheels go with black beauties, otherwise i don't think you can beat smoked for a mean look. Be aware without HIDs the smoked headlights will cut down your light output, mine were pretty bad before the HIDs.

So where can I get some cheap hids as well?
And does anyone know if it's possible to add gt fog lights to my six?

I got both of my sets from DDM Tuning because they are cheap and claim a lifetime warranty. There are other good options too I'm sure. And I don't see why you couldn't add GT fogs, pretty sure it's been done many a time.

Which ones did you get from ddm? And what would I need if I want hid fog lights?

Ive got ddm also. I have 35w 6000k for both my headlights and fogs. If you want fogs I think you will need the brackets and housings. You may also need the switch and the wiring may already be there, I'm not positive on that though.

I have a 98 so I doubt the wiring I there. But do I need the fog light wiring or can it be direct from the hid wiring?

If I remember correctly they stopped pre-wiring for fogs in 96, but I might be wrong.

Just plan for running wires and adding in a switch. You can save money by getting a switch from radio shack and making it fit into one of those coin slots, that's what I did. Doesn't quite look factory, but doesn't look out of place either.

Hey ferocious, don't be advertising those bulbs ;p

they're different bulbs.
the ones you want are back in my car lol.

i ordered replacement HID's cause 10000K was too much, so i got 6000K bulbs, but couldnt get them to work with the original HID wiring??
so i just decided to sell the HIDs.
