Trying to figure out what wheels i want to keep on the black car.. The other set will go on the 98.

I say black chome as well. Seems like every black car has chrome wheels, red brakes ect.

Chrome, easy choice. The all black car stopped looking good to me about 10yrs ago.

I would say copper 10x over black/chrome. I still think the burned copper color I found would look killer on a dark car as its almost black in low light but in direct light its fire.

Based just on what you ask in the first post...between black and chrome, my vote is chrome.
