Average spark plug should be installed hand tight 12-15ftlbs. I have run 20psi multiple times on race gas and didn't have any issues also. I'm thinking of turning up to 25 hopefully in the next month or so.

I always cringe when I see my buddys crank spark plugs tight, especially on aluminum heads..I always use anti sieze and torque mine to 12 ft. lbs.

Anti seize in aluminum heads are not needed. That mostly for steal heads where corrosion is a big factor. The oil usually dries up and the metallic in it makes it harder to remove plugs. I change a bunch of spark plugs at work monthly and I put them in clean and hand tight.
