if you do alot of city driving I would avoid them as they slow down the alt which effects its ability to cool itself as well as puts a higher load on it while turning slower. So while it creates extra heat, it can't dissapate it as well. It will also cause dimming headlights at stop lights. The only good experience I had with them was I bought them used and kept my stockers. I was able to sell them for the same price I paid for them and walk away knowing I didn't want them for no $$$.

thats about it man...

intake, ignition, exhaust, gears.....

next id suggest hunting down a used centrifical supercharger set up...

if you want to keep going with bolt-ons you can:
throttle body
throttle body spacer
plenum
coil packs
wires
maybe bump to a different set of plugs, if you have $$ to burn...
set of headers
short throw shifter
aluminum driveshaft
dyno tune.

beyond this, you're pretty much stuck.... you need to deside what you want out of the car, and what your budget is. for the price of everything I just listed, you could get a used blower system, run a few pounds of boost and be far happier with the car.

Forget bolt ons. Gears, supercharger and h/c/i are what wakes our cars up. I did that bolt on thing for a bit it makes your wallet lighter and your car doesn't get noticeably faster. Suspension is an awesome thing to do.

Don't waste your money on pulleys. The only bolt-ons worth doing on a NPI 2v is exhaust, cai, and gears. Which you have.

Get a PI intake. Thats 15-18rwph for like $150.
Maybe some PI cams if you want a bit more power. You can get them for $50 nowadays.

Other than that, some longtubes and throttle body/plenum combo could help.

no plugs and wires are not going to gain you any hp but on the other hand a cheap set can leave you searching for what is wrong and scratching your head alot. A high-power coil will help but again this isn't something that you will see gains on a dyno with. All the mods listed are small improvements at first but are needed if you want to get into the heads/cam/forced induction area to get the most out of them.

SCt Tuners are great. Get it from american muscle and get free tunes for life. They are good tunes for just a bolt on car and IMO wake the car up pretty good.

until you get a larger list of bolt-ons in the car even a tune will only gain you so much power and I am not sure I would put it in the early list of upgrades. I would put it on the list of "things you want to get soon" and keep your eyes open and they are not that hard to find used if you do want one. Personally I stick to dynos for my tuning but alot of people like the hand held tuners.

to clarify here, i'm assuming with a name of 98-BLKGT the guy has a 98 GT which the tuners do benefit more from than the 94-95s. i would put a tuner at the begining of the list becuase it will grow with all the other mods. beyond that, PI intake and TB/plenum. full exhuast. suspension stuff.
