I was going to start tearing her apart in a couple weeks but I was just thinking if the bottom end will hold up with a mild street setup. I notice ALOT of people just do HCI and leave the block, pistons, crank etc. alone. Do the stock ones hold up nice to about 350 horses and around the same amount of torque?? THANKS!

Your stock bottom end will support 425 RWHP safely..

I have a buddy making 560 with a stock block and bottom end for over a year....but he is on a ticking time bomb, without a doubt.

have you noticed any loss of oil? I would also recommend performing a compression test to get a baseline of how well you are still performing.

The bottom end will hold up no problems to the typical H/C/I set up. I have 2 friends w/ Fox body Mustangs and HP Turbo kits, H/C/I both at or above 500 RWHP and the stock internals. It all comes down to the tune as well. There is a point the block cant handle the power no matter how good or safe the tune is but that exact threshold is debatable. Some say 500, some get away w/ more some w/ less its a variable. But basically just doing the H/C/I your bottom end is more then safe as long as you dont have any other issues going on as mentioned w/ the compression test.
