first off, Please consider either a mach 1 or cobra brake upgrade. Single piston SN95 brakes are down right scary. Cobra brakes is one of the most important mods i think i have done.

Get your rotors from rotorpros.com Call them and tell them your with a mustang group buy (even though you are not) and they will hook it up. Dont buy cross drilled because they will crack. Only buy slotted.

...and really consider SS Braided Lines. They will make a huge difference on how the car stops and how much controll you have over your brakes

if you really wanted to be a pimp then you would have gotten mach calipers and polished them... like myself :p

on a more serious note, I'd check out stangsuspension.com they are a site sponser and will give you a small discount. I've bought a lot of stuff from them. And I'm running mach calipers, powerslot slotted rotors, and stangsuspensions stainless brake lines.

def one of the best investments I've ever made on either of my cars.

no those will not work with your pony rims... and 946 sounds a little high to me, but I think they've jumped up in price since I bought mine.

stangsuspension gives us a 5-10% discount, can't remember how much. You can "checkout" or add to cart or whatever though and it will give you a final price after the discount... you can still do this without actually purchasing anything.

here is how much mine costed

Caliper - $200 (this was before the Huge Price jump)
SS Braided lines -$40
Slotted Rotors - $80 (yours should be $100, i live right close to Rotorpros so picked them up and they gave me a deal)

less than $400 for everything was a great deal. Single Piston SN95 Brakes are down right scary..... PBR calipers are such a HUGE difference.

You will need 17 inch wheels to fit the brakes. Your 16's with not clear the brakes. I would say grab a set of Used Bullets or any 17 inch wheel such as split spokes, 5 spoke GTs, 03/04 Cobra, Cobra Rs, ect.

yeah, I purchased my whole brake setup a little over two years ago I guess. I think I payed a lil over 400 maybe close to 500 for my entire setup.

Oh, I would also recommend flushing out your brake fluid with some new dot 3.
