bucking and running bad 5.0sc

my car was running good.I replaces parts in the rear-end and gap plugs at 32.now car runs really bad like a plug is bad.it did rain night befor so maybe a bad coil or cap.I had car running really good before i worked on it for about 2 weeks but i started it everyday.when rain stops i will pull plugs.Any other suggestions.my maf meter is couple years old should i clean it.filter looks clean but think i will clean both.I had a quarterhorse tuner in it but i removed it so car is running off fact tune.but it was running really good when i parked it.thanks for any help ccasion14:

when your maf goes out or gets water on the small sensor on it it'll act really funny. You can drive it still but you can wot it and when you try to get on the gas it'll sputter and try to cut out...

it was another bad msd coil.3rd one in last year.thanks the rear end sounds much better.now if i could find some used rims and tires(slicks or DR)

maybe it's time to switch over to sd

yeah i think screamin demon is a lot better than msd and a lot of ppl here will agree
