Bumper install Question

So my new front Cobra bumper is there and I want to install it tomorrow. Only thing is that the license plate bracket I ordered at 50resto did not come in yet.
How will that bracket be mounted? Does it just screw into the bumper cover or do I have to take off the bumper to secure it with nuts from the inner side?

Should I rather wait till it's there to install both at once?

ouch, shame to drill a new front bumper, lucky for me, they don't require front plates here.

After you drill it, and the sick feeling goes away, I'd put a nut and washer behind to spread the load.
that's gonna look sick on your already sick looking car! sicker I guess! ;D

Thanks man. I think I'm gonna bring the bracket to a painter, I don't dig the plastic look..
