So I'm getting a used bumpsteer kit and I was looking on the mm site for the instructions on setting bumpsteer. It's so darn confusing I cant even fathom how to do it. How did you guys set yours up for just street driving? Can you just use a level and or a tape measure to make the the tire rod assembley as level as possible in relation to the a-arm? Im just clueless on how to make these work.

I've heard from a few people that to get bumpsteer travel with in the ball park of where it should be, you need to make tie rod ends parallel to the control arm. Best way to do it is to buy the actual gauge, which is a bit pricey.

I've heard the same things Replica, I was just wondering how the normal joe shmo would set up the kit. Thank you so much Dutch, the AM directions really put the adjustments into laymans terms and makes it look simple to adjust. My bumpsteer is just so bad right now to where normal driving on highways and regular roads is scary and its probably due to the fact that the stock tie rod ends are shot to hell. Cant wait to get these on the car. thanks guys
