C.O.P.S Conversion?

Anyone with a 96-98 swap to the Coil on Plug setup? Whats it involve? I might be interested in doing this

Why do you want C.O.P.'s? It's ALOT of wire work.

They tend to overheat under excessive load as well but are supposed to deliver a much more consistent spark at all RPM's.

I have a write up at home but I can't get a clean scan of it. I know that there is another member that is working on this swap too. He was just planning on chopping up a PI wiring harness and wiring it in. Looks at the write up, it's really not that difficult.

That was the reason we dumped the Lincoln LS...couldn't keep the coils from failing at odd times.
