I want to change my clutch disc, but not the pressure because it is maybe a few months old. The clutch n pressure plate replaced but It is a oem kit. My clutch heats up to easy for my liking. Plus I need to my car running.

stock for stock, yes. I've done it in a pinch and then went 1.70 60ft's on it. I can't comment on how long it'll last though.

I meant like a HD clutch disc on a OEM pressure plate.

If the clutch disc thickness is the same ....sure....but I would chance it. If its too thick, it may not realease completely. too thin, vice versa. Either buy a whole new clutch or put in the correct disc FOR the clutch. a heavy duty clutch disc isn't going to do anything for you really. The clamping force doesn't change. It won't hold any better unless its a different/better material.
