so i am having a problem with my 95gt 5.0, The car runs extremely well when cold but as soon as it gets warm it bogs out above 3000 rpms and after along time running an hour or so it bogs out so bad that the car wont going anywhere it just sputters and bogs out, than i let it cool down and its fine, im thinking the ignition coil gets warmed up, it doesn't have that little plastic cover piece that goes around the square coil part, im thinking maybe relocating the coil to a cooler place because it gets extremely hot, and the foxes dont have this problem any insight would be great, i replaced my fuel filter, fuel pump air filter plugs wired cap and rotor my current mods are Holley upper/Lower, ColdAir, Maf, BBK T/B, Pullies, Shorty Headers, off road bbk H-Pipe, a/c delete, bbk fuel pressure regulator, 3.73 Gears, ported Edelbrock performer heads w/ dual springs and guideplates, 1.6 Rockers, Steeda #19 Camshaft, summit ignition box and a Hurst short shifter but this problem has always been here even before the heads and cam. thanks

Although moving the coil to a cooler spot makes sense, if that's what you have to do to fix your problem, it's a bandaid fix because it has proven it's broken.

Check your engine ground straps and your dizzy shaft for wobble. When a PIP goes bad it can be temperature finicky.
