Car feels sluggish....

Changed wires recently, tightend header bolts... Car sits in driveway for a couple days, then I take out for a drive and just seems like there aint know POWER. It drives but it seems like I cant really spin thoses tires like I was and I got to try to chirp second gear and it should not be that way. I get on It and Rpm's look to go up kinda slow. any help? sometimes idle stays right at 1k and then other times chills at 800. I rev it then it kicks back to 1k and stays there.

I do not know nothing about a car's motor, 1st off! Have you checked your MAF though? Mine was all messed up and when I replaced it, it was like a new car. Sorry if this did not help!!

Strange that it happend all of a sudden, make sure the wires are tight on. Like mentioned clean your MAF.

Check for a vac leak. If it keeps feeling slugish add a good amount of boost
