carbed 3.8 v6

Will the heads from an early 80's model fit a 94'?, found an early model fox with a v6 believed to be a 3.8 with carb, think all I have to do is swap heads and intake?

running carb right? if so wat ya gonna do about ignition? like the crank sensor deal
