I am going to be doing it to a couple of things on the interior when I put the new stereo in. I have alot of fiberglass and some paint experience which it seems to be a mix of so I am not to worried about it. What parts are you wanting to cover?

Well since I have a white interior my center console lid always gets dirty and nasty so I was wanting to do that. Then I figured i could ventur on to do my door cups and some of the bezels. The console lid will be a breeze.

yes but the door cups with the shape of them will be more difficult. I have a black/greay interior and I am going to cover some of the grey on the sides(doors and in back) in CF which is a fairly flat section so that will not be hard.

there is a guy online that sells the lids already. I covered mine with a custom leather piece that matches my shift/brake boot by redline leathers.

I think it would be a lot more fun and cheaper to do it myself. I also would want to try the door carpet area, and a spare set of valve covers. It would be a fun learning experience. I plan on buying some carbon fiber in the next couple of days.

thats a lot more than the cloth itself. I would like to see how well it contours.

It depends on which weave/twill you get as to how well it wraps. I like the 2x2 twill myself and it is supposed to wrap fairly well but isn't the cheapest of the weaves.

The CF vinyl does not wrap well at all fyi.

Do you guys think silver or just normal black. I want white but it is to hard and expensive for it. Silver is a good price and looks close to the white. What do you guys think?
