Changing my exhaust

I have a 94 gt. It has the stock headers and mid pipe and converters on it. Im going to be putting bbk shorties and a o/r h-pipe on it this weekend. I was just wondering if my o2 sensors just go in the h-pipe or what..Just assuming after my converters are gone, I will need something to tell my computer that the car is running correctly??
