when I dropped my tank, I believe it was 1 10mm bolt (I could be wrong...so many things came out of the car the past couple of months! haha) and it was a bit of a pain, but with enough wiggling it finally dropped out.

I had to start lowering the tank before i could get it out. according to the manual and how i did it is i unbolted the rubber grommet underneath around the filler neck and also unbolted it at the top on the outside (inside the gas cap) so it could drop down some with the tank. It's a lot of bs to deal with which is why i suggested an extra set of hands if you can arrange it. If you can get enough space it will slide out, it's very long though, there's a lot more inside the tank than you'd expect.

don't know if you got it finished yet, but you need a fuel line disconnect do seperate the lines...like a 99% chance of ruining to seal and lines if you try and seperate them without it lol...its such a pain in the bumm!!
