This seems like a good deal, I would buy a salvage title car after a good therough inspection. But in some states like N.J. they are very particular about salvage title cars. My dad live in N.J. and was looking at one that was in Pa. In order for him to title the car in N.J. the state wanted a record of every item that was replaced right down to the nut, bolt, and washers. I also understand that it was a more expensive title in N.J. and took a bit longer for things to clear.
