Chin spoiler or not?

im starting to think it would look better without it..especially since mines all beat up.

wouldn't if rocks hit it it would deflect them and make them go up and hit the front bumper of your car? :dunno:

i don't really dig the look of chin spoilers on our cars and like scott said 99-04 looks sexy

I liked it before it was all beat up and I liked how it made the front end look lower with the truck lift I used to have.

But now I think it would look better without it.

But my front bumper is all scraped up down there so I would rather not expose a bunch of scratches if I take that off.

i dont know if they will be visible without it though

I say take it off. With the car lowered you dont need it. I was thinking about one on my car before I lowered it,now it would just get ripped off because my car is so low in the front.

I like them, try sanding out the scratches and dings in the spoiler.

I'm still somewhat on the fence as far as a final decision on how the chin spoiler looks on our SN95s, although I do have one installed on mine and haven't pulled it off yet, so I must be leaning towards one of the Yeah side. (IMO) In certain light/angles, it looks good and at others doesn't necessarily look like it quite belongs. I think it's the direct side view I'm not fond of. Definately on the new edges it looks great as it was designed for it, but I say give it a try and if you don't like it your not too much time and money.

It's a matter of taste, but it's not expensive to try it, also it's easy to install.

I like mine, maybe it look better on light color :
