I was skeptical as hell the first time. I put it on and liked it. Then put the cowl on and I took the chin off and I didn't like a cowl hood with no chin spoiler. Looks funny lol.

Looks like the guys that posted pictures here did the correct installation... Nice job guys. I wanted one for my birthday a week ago but with having summer child care expenses, no new toys right now. I do like them. They look mean.

the mach 1 chin spoiler doesnt look right. it looks out of place on the 94-98s. the boss spoiler fits much better. boss where did you get your chin spoiler? i like that one much better

I'm starting to debate it now. Are you guys making them flush with the front of the bumper, or with the wheel wells?

i personally dont like them unless its on the newer body style like the actual mach 1s. i put one on my car and didnt like it so i took it off. sorry i didnt even take pics of it on the car. it depends on the setup though. they look good with these guys cowl hoods. especially the black chinstrap and black hood. i think that looks good i just didnt like it on my car.

I think they look good on cars that are one color (or the red car with the black hood), and was debating on doing it to mine. The only thing that worries me is my funky paint job and how it would look with that. Seeing as how my car has the mystic chrome pony on the side that starts on the bottom of the front bumper.

I don't they look that great on 94-98s to be honest. A few can pull them off, but they really only look decent on black cars.

you can sorta tell in my last picture, how the side skirts sit lower than the bottom of the front bumper.

maybe its just me, but unless its a full out race car (where the rear bumper usually sits a lot higher than the rest of the car's body panels), it always looks really awkward when one of the body parts sits at a different height than the rest. whether it be the front or rear bumpers, or the skirts/rocker panels.

the chin spoiler seems to even out the overall height of the bottom of the car, making the front bumper sit even with the skirts and rear bumper.

plus, i know some people like it, but i always thought the GT/v6 bumper just looks goofy, like it has no aggressiveness to it at all. at least the chin spoiler makes it appear like it has a "scowling" look to it.

The only thing that turns me off is the gap on either side by the wheelwell. If they'd address that small nuance, I'd buy one!!
