I cleaned things up sunday and I am happy with the results, and now I just added the IAC restrictor and love the rpm drop lol. My only thing is will this hurt gas mileage or anything? just seems too good to be true lol. Oh btw the throttle body, plenum, and iac were dirty as hell!

where did you get the restrictor from? pics?

I got my restrictor's from a guy that sells them on ebay... have yet to install them but hell they were cheap enough to try.

ok well i went cheap and bought a 1/2 copper cap from home depot for .74 cents, and drilled a 1/4 inch hole through the center. I then took off the hose and placed it inside and viola done. Ill post up pics if you still want them

Hope the pics arent too big n yes car is dirty its a DD. I also ran a zip tie over it cuz i didnt like the play.

whats the point of the restricter? your 4.6 Idles high?

Helps with hanging idle, the RPMs wont stay high when you left off the gas and will instead drop normally

Drove it earlier and it was raining so I was easy on her, but this afternoon it was warmer so I gave her a little gas and after downshifting the exhaust rap is a little excessive so im goin to open up the 1/4 hole a little.
