So im havin an issue with my clutch. Thing wont engage at all, cant even get the car in gear while its running. Everything was torqued properly on the flywheel/pressure plate, and i know everything is engaged. Any tips/pointers? btw already tried the self-adjust thing ford tells you to do...didnt work

This happened to me a few times. First try something simple. Unhook the clutch cable from the fork on the trans. Double check to make sure it's routed properly. Then make sure the clutch fork moves back and forth freely...it has gotten jammed on me before and I just wiggled it free, hooked everything back up and it worked. The last time it happened to me, I just replaced the OEM assembly with a double hook quadrant, firewall adjuster, and a brand new OEM clutch cable. I havent had any issues since.

Like JD said check the clutch cable and also check your stock clutch quadrant..... Did you try to do the adjustment on your stock cable?
