clutch not disengaging

i changed the flywheel in my 95 gt and since that ive been having the problem of my clutch not disengaging and i cant put it in gear. ive changed the clutch and clutch fork adn the problem is still there. im tired of messing with it and it still continuing! does anyone know what it could be and what i should do?

the stock clutch pedal has a self adjusting feature. did you reset it?
How much play do you have in the cable?

Not DISengaging? as in after you take your foot off the clutch and hit the gas the RPMs go up and the car doesnt move with it?
*worded like a 12 year old b/c it's not technically in neutral

yeah ive tried reseting it but it is still the same and there isnt any plaay in the pedal

Ck where the cable goes through the firewall and make sure there's no gap.
Make sure the cable is engaged correctly at the quadrant and at the tranny.
