ok, so like i was driving yesterday and noticed my clutch was noticeably lighter. it seems like it went out of adjustment but im not sure.

what the pedal feels like is if i push the pedal like 1/4 of the way to the floor, it feels like jelly, nothing happens... there is just a lot of play. then the rest of the way, the travel of the clutch is noticeably shorter and it starts disengaging the clutch about 1/4 of the way to the floor whereas earlier, there was no clutch play at all. i also recognized that the clutch pedal vibrates reallllly badly. if i put my foot on it, the pedal will vibrate my whole foot...

anyone know what this is? i installed a new clutch and TOB last summer but the TOB still makes that whistling noise. i can get rid of the whistle by pressing the clutch down a the smallest bit but its always done it and its a brand new TOB. anyone know what my problem is?

If there's nothing wrong with your current cable, then keep it. Adjustable cables can and will snap.
The firewall adjuster will fix it for you.
Did you try adjusting the OEM clutch quadrant?
Stick your fott under the clutch pedal and pull the pedal Upwards. You should hear it click. It's a ratchet type mechanism

just as ba98svt just mentioned, adjust the clutch cable by pulling up on the clutch pedal. it should give a good positive "click" if it hasn't been done before.

SRT, that link doesn't show squat. It's preety much the same thing I described, just a more complicated way.

When you get the firewall adjuster and quadrant, install it, adjust it, and see how everything feels. You'll love it.

The links shows alot.... you have to push the Quadrant up while holding the clutch pedel to make the adjuster click over 1 more click.... this give a firm better feeling clutch
