I have a basicaslly stock auto 94 gt. I just picked up a 94 cobra intake, should I add it now or just wait on the motor rebuild thats coming eventually?
I want to do it along with a few other things like egr delete etc, but if its not going to make any difference by itself I'll just wait.

If you can,get the lower ported. I got mine ported and now I'm waiting on the days off to put it on. Change the plugs while your at it. And do a basic time up on everything else while you there.

Decided to pull it apart finally, havent got it back together yet. Ordered some 9mm frp plug wires coming along with the sutff to delete my egr,msd coil, motorcraft plugs, etc, etc. I thought about leaving the egr but the damn tube broke and I wanted to do it for the cleanup factor basically so its going. Right now still trying to gather up loose parts like longer upper manifold bolts etc, etc. Oh yeah, dont laugh at the engine bay I'm trying to get it cleaned up. THis car has 150k on it and I havent owned it for very long.

why is everyone so set on deleting the EGR??????? I just don't understand!!!!!!!
Only get rid of the EGR if you have clearance issues such as stupid Tall valve covers. Hell I am ordering fox vc's so I can run my EGR again as well as resolve other clearance issues

Sorry for the rant but too many people think there is some benefit to removing the EGR
