one of those transmissions is for sale locally, no price listed yet, but I just wanted to know if it will bolt up to my car, or if not what modifications will have to be made?
Cobra t-56 in my 1994 5.0 gt?

it won't bolt up, at minimum you'll need the bell housing, custom length driveshaft and crossmember.

I have one in my 98 gt with a 96 Cobra motor swap.
Had a custom cross member made like Onyx said, but I used the 03-04 Cobra Drive shaft but swapped the IRS stuff out on the drive shaft to SRA stuff.
being you have a 5.0, you'd have to have a different bell housing to fit, since the 03-04 is a modular motor. (obviously) lol.
