cobra valve covers and 1.72 bolt-on (pedestal) roller rockers

I have 95gt vert. I'm going to be installing a set of gt40p's and a 98 explorer intake. I will be keeping the stock cam(it's my DD and it's a auto) and useing 1.72 bolt-on rocker. My question is will 94-95 cobra valve covers clear the rockers and fit under the intake with no spacer? Also will that explorer intake fit under my stock strut tower brace? I've used the seach but can't get a clear anwser.

the stock brace wont fit.

if you go to fox valve covers i know they will clear fine.

94/95 Cobra valve covers will fit fine.

Yeah, cobra's came with those bolt down crane rockers from the factory.

The stock Cobra rockers are 1.7 but i can't imagine that .02 making a difference.
