The battery in my mustang is now in the trunk. The timing light wires are not long enough to reach to the trunk. How does everyone here hook up their timing light to the battery in the trunk? Do you guys just buy several test lead connectors and connect them together to the battery? Is there another power source (B+) from the engine bay to get power to the timing light?

you should be able to connect it to the end of the fusebox under the hood. There is a bolt on the side of it that feeds the hot wire that you should be able to clip onto.

I was a little concerned that a person that didn't know the power points was going to check/set the timing but we all have our areas we are good in.
