Well i was sent MM extreme duty control arms and it has the spherical ends on both sides. I was wondering if i should of gotten the poly end and spherical. My car is mostly street with an occasional track use every now and then. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

with the spherical rod ends..you will feel more of the "road" thru the car....also try and avoid rough roads....other than that you should be fine!

i would swap em, especially if its mostly a street car.

i guess u can just get a lower torque box kit to making stronger back there.

Dude....you're going to hate them My car is loud, obnoxious, and scares women and children. I LOVE IT....but I could NOT handle the rattle of the sperical rod ends let out. WHats happens is at cruising speeds, where you're barely on the gas and the chassis is kind of neutral, this lets the arms loose and they wiggle just a bit. It sounds likes the keebler elves are banging on your floor pan the entire time. While acceling or decceling, they're fine...but I ditched mine for a set of poly mount ones...
