Convertible qtr window parts.

Hey all, I was removing my qtr windows to clean and re- grease the rails and noticed that the upper stop cushions/seals were broken. Where can I locate these? I do not know the actual name.
Also I found these at the bottom inside the qtr. Does anyone know where they go and the purpose?
