Changed the actuator a week ago but I noticed the glued tracks came off. I was wondering if I should get new windows? would those come with new glued tracks or…? Just confused and haven’t found much online.

are you talking the tracks that are part of the regulator, or the ones that go up down inside the door separate from the regulator motor/movement? They are separate pieces. The plastic pieces that slide in the tracks are known to wear out sooner or later, not sure if you can get them in the doorman "help" center at autozone or what....

it’s the piece that’s attached to the window with glue, i’m not sure what they’re called.

The windows themselves came unglued from the metal regulators that run the length of the bottom of the window? I’ve had that happen and I’m not going to lie, I used some sort of industrial adhesive that was supposed to have been pretty much permanent but came unglued again a few months later. Maybe someone knows what adhesive would actually work.

Urethane right? I wish I was told that years ago when I “fixed” my old black 00 gt. Damn things came unglued pretty quickly. Stupid windows started going up crooked and didn’t line up with the roof.
